She performed the role of Adora/She Ra in DreamWorks The animated series She-Ra and the Princesses of Power on Netflix between the years of 2018 and 2020. In November of 2015, Carrero got engaged to actor Tim Rock and the two got married in August of 2016. To Disney She voiced the role of Princess Elena on Sofia the First and its spin-off show, Elena of Avalor. In Zeke and Luther's "Skater Girl Island" in which she played Tasha and Mia.
